Been learning about the need to surrender all to the Lord and I have been reminded repeatedly that He is the only everlasting one. Learning it in theory is one thing, but God has really showed me throughout the past few weeks how true and real that is.

I have been relying too much on things on the earth, such that when something falls short, it affects my emotions way too much. I really need to constantly remind myself to not waste my time and effort on things that do not matter. It's so exhausting to rely on things that are undependable and unreliable. Just feel so messed up every single time I get disappointed from earthly things urgh. This feeling got to go.
