"Most people live life on the path we set for them. Too afraid to explore any other. But once in a while people like you come along and knock down all the obstacles we put in your way. People who realize free will is a gift, you'll never know how to use until you fight for it."

For the first time, I teared during service. People who are close to me will know that I'm a person who doesn't cry easily, so if I do, it must be something of great significance to me. & today, I was unable to control my tears. During the worship time, my eyes started to get teary while we were singing 'Come Alive' by Lauren Daigle.

Today's service really touched me so deeply. We talked about the concept of 'Free Will'. The free will to choose the Christian path, the free will to be His child, the free will to love Him & be loved by Him. With the free will I'm granted, I chose to walk with Him, & it's a decision that I know that I would not regret in my life.

So why did I tear up? Honestly, I've no idea why. I suddenly thought of many things during the service, like about how I drifted away because of the free will that is granted to every single one of us on Earth. I felt guilty, but he's still so willing to accept me as His child, and even blessing me with such an awesome ycg. I'm really thankful that I decided to pursue this journey with Him, and to get to know Him so much more. I feel so much more blessed and happy in my life right now. Blessed with an awesome trinity leader, Bernice, whose belief in the Lord is so rooted. She's such a humble person and her kindness really touches me. I'm really inspired by her & I'm more than happy to be under her CG. My ycg leader, Menghui is yet another inspiration, and of course the others in there too. They are all so welcoming and I really look forward to every ycg session together. I'm still lacking so much as His child, but I'm more than willing to learn and grow as His child. Thank God for reaching out to me continuously and never giving up no matter what. & with the free will that I'm granted, I'll choose to continue the walk with You.
