Backtrack to the events before the race.

Finally stopped work at my previous workplace for 2 weeks. Going back soon for my final week and it'll be over! I'm still in disbelief that I worked there for more than 6 months already lol. *stabs self at the thought of it*

Now to the more 'happening' things in my life lol.

Met with Marissa and Clarissa for a quick dinner after work at this highly-raved Japanese restaurant! The quality of the food was really good and we had such a great meal there.

Continued to pig out after that over some drinks (just cranberry juice ok) and cakes at Dean & Deluca. 

Great night out with them as always. Looking really tired because I was.. and still am lol. 

Met with dearest cuz for our camp set-up too! It was a great time pigging out together and getting lost in the woods lol. Glad for such moments together with her!! :-)

1 day before the run. Was finding suitable pre-race dinner and just settled at Nandos. Thanks to dearest bro for accompanying me! :-)

Also met with dearest TSML (quite recently..?). Can't really remember but I think it's about a week ago. We're all so busy with our respective lives so such moments are really precious! Just had a quick dinner together and caught up with each other's lives. :-)

Dinner with M&C again at Rolling Rice. We actually have a short list of food places to go together so we're trying to go before M heads back again lol #piglife. Really so happy for M who did so well for her finals too! :-)

I guess that's all for now minus the camps that I'll update in a separate post. Till then!
